Grow Your Confidence. Strengthen Your Clinical Voice

Clinical Supervision

Grow Your Confidence. Strengthen Your Clinical Voice.

Becoming a licensed clinical social worker is about more than completing required supervision hours. It is an opportunity to strengthen your clinical judgment, develop your professional identity, build confidence, and become more intentional about the kind of social worker you want to be.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and New York, a Florida Qualified Supervisor, and qualified to provide clinical supervision in both states. I offer supportive, strength-based individual and small-group supervision for eligible social workers working toward clinical licensure.

More Than Licensure Hours

Early clinical practice can be exciting, challenging, and sometimes overwhelming. You are learning how to apply what you learned in school to real people, complex situations, difficult decisions, and the realities of working within organizations and systems.

Supervision should give you a place to think, ask questions, reflect, and grow.

My goal is not simply to help you meet licensure requirements. I want our work together to help you become a thoughtful, confident, ethical, and well-rounded clinician.

What We May Explore in Supervision

Your supervision experience will be shaped by your clinical setting, professional goals, and areas of growth.

Our work may include:

  • Clinical case consultation and case conceptualization

  • Assessment and diagnostic reasoning

  • Treatment planning

  • Clinical documentation and professional writing

  • Ethical decision-making

  • Professional boundaries

  • Managing challenging or complex cases

  • Trauma-informed practice

  • Case management and resource navigation

  • Interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Professional communication

  • Navigating workplace challenges

  • Building clinical confidence

  • Developing your professional voice

  • Career development

  • Leadership development

  • Preparing for independent clinical practice

My Supervision Approach

My supervision style is warm, collaborative, honest, and strength-based.

I believe developing clinicians need a space where they can openly acknowledge uncertainty, ask difficult questions, process challenging experiences, and receive constructive feedback without feeling judged.

At the same time, good supervision should challenge you to grow.

Together, we will build on the skills and strengths you already have while identifying opportunities to strengthen your clinical judgment, confidence, professional boundaries, and ability to practice more independently.

You can expect supervision that balances support, accountability, reflection, and professional growth.

Clinical Growth & Professional Development

Your development as a social worker extends beyond the therapy room.

My professional background includes clinical practice, behavioral health, trauma-informed services, case management, program development, nonprofit leadership, staff supervision, and community-based systems.

I bring that broader perspective into supervision when it is helpful.

In addition to clinical work, we may explore how to communicate effectively as a professional, navigate organizational systems, manage workplace relationships, make thoughtful career decisions, develop leadership skills, and begin defining the type of social work career you ultimately want to build.

My goal is to support not only the clinician you are becoming today, but also the professional you hope to become in the future.

Individual Clinical Supervision

Individual supervision provides dedicated one-on-one time to focus on your clinical work, professional development, challenges, and goals.

Individual supervision may be especially helpful if you:

  • Prefer more personalized attention

  • Work with complex clinical situations

  • Want additional support with assessment, diagnosis, or documentation

  • Are navigating ethical or professional challenges

  • Want focused feedback on your clinical development

  • Are interested in discussing career or leadership goals

Investment: $150 per 60-minute session

Clinical Growth & Licensure Supervision Group

Small-group supervision provides an opportunity to learn from both your own experiences and those of other developing clinicians.

Groups are intentionally kept small so that each supervisee has meaningful opportunities to present cases, ask questions, receive feedback, and participate in discussion.

Group supervision can expose you to different clinical populations, practice settings, ethical dilemmas, professional challenges, and approaches to care while also creating a supportive community of developing social workers.

Investment

$85 per person / 60-minute session

Group availability may vary based on enrollment and applicable state supervision requirements.

Who May Be a Good Fit?

We may work well together if you are looking for supervision that goes beyond simply completing required hours.

My supervision may be a good fit if you:

  • Want to strengthen your clinical judgment and confidence

  • Value honest and constructive feedback

  • Want to develop your professional voice

  • Appreciate a supportive but accountable environment

  • Are willing to reflect on both your strengths and areas for growth

  • Want guidance navigating real-world social work practice

  • Are interested in both clinical and professional development

  • Value ethical, thoughtful, and culturally responsive practice

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning supervision.

Supervision is part of the process of becoming the clinician you want to be.

Supervision in Florida & New York

I provide clinical supervision for eligible social workers pursuing clinical licensure in Florida and New York.

Because supervision and licensure requirements differ by state, we will review your current registration or licensure status, employment setting, and applicable requirements before beginning supervision.

A written supervision agreement will be completed prior to the start of services, and supervisees are responsible for maintaining their registration, employment information, required documentation, and records related to their licensure process.

Complimentary Consultation

Choosing a clinical supervisor is an important decision.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so that we can learn a little about one another before deciding whether to work together.

During our conversation, we can discuss:

  • Where you are in the licensure process

  • Your current clinical role and practice setting

  • The populations you serve

  • What you are looking for in supervision

  • Your professional goals

  • Individual versus group supervision

  • Scheduling and availability

Most importantly, the consultation gives us an opportunity to determine whether we are a good professional fit.
