About me & my approach
Hi, I’m Kahli.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and New York and a Qualified Supervisor in both states. I work primarily with adult women navigating life transitions, relationship changes, stress, uncertainty, and times when they may feel stuck or disconnected from themselves.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when we consider the whole person — your experiences, relationships, culture, responsibilities, values, and the many roles you carry. Together, we’ll explore what may be getting in your way, build on the strengths you already have, and develop realistic strategies to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
For some women, spirituality, faith, or a sense of meaning is also an important part of emotional well-being. If this is meaningful to you, we can thoughtfully incorporate your beliefs and values into our work. I respect diverse spiritual, religious, and personal perspectives and will always follow your lead.
My professional background includes mental health, child welfare, criminal justice, domestic violence prevention, program development, and clinical leadership. I bring that experience to my work while always keeping the focus on your individual needs and goals.
I also provide clinical supervision to social workers pursuing licensure, offering a supportive space to strengthen clinical skills, professional confidence, and judgment.
Whether you are seeking personal growth or developing your clinical voice, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, respected, and empowered to move forward.
